| What happens in a typical session?
Everyone I work with is different and yet they all have one
thing in common: they want to make changes to their life. Sometimes they are unsure as to what those
changes should be – they just know that they do not want what they currently
have. This could be about relationships,
familiar ties, jobs and career choices, redundancy, health, fitness and
wellbeing, parenting, and so much more.
The session begins by finding out more about what you
want. As your life coach, I will ask you
many questions and help you find answers that are useful and desirable for the
life you want to lead. A life coach will
never tell you what to do!
All these questions will lead to you developing a goal that
is in line with your personal values and beliefs about how you want to live
your life. Ways of reaching this goal
will be explored and once we work out what you need to do and what you are
prepared to do, we will set targets to work on between sessions. Its funny how working with a coach gives you
real motivation to achieve your dreams.
Initial FREE session
I offer a 30 minute free session and usually we chat on the
phone or meet over a coffee. This gives
an opportunity to see how well we can work together on the things you would
like to change.
How often will sessions take place?
This depends on your goals and how quickly they need to be
achieved. We can negotiate weekly,
fortnightly or monthly sessions -
whatever suits your needs. I expect
clients to sign up for a minimum of 3 sessions initially (after the FREE
taster) in order that they may begin to change things in their lives. No commitment, usually equals no change!
